INFORMATION
Camp Rosenbaum has developed savings accounts for our campers to show them that we care about their goals and dreams for the future! Currently, these accounts are only for children who attended Camp Rosenbaum through Home Forward or Washington County Housing Authority.
The Star Fund is a special savings account for campers that they can use after they graduate high school. Camp Rosenbaum sets aside money for your camper, and we will add to the account every year when your camper finishes a grade of school. After graduating high school, we will send the money to the college, vocational school, or training program your child chooses.
The Star Fund is free to families. The only thing your family needs to do is send us proof that the camper has finished high school or completed their GED and is enrolled in furthering education or trade school. Camp Rosenbaum will get the account started with $100 this year when we receive your enrollment forms. Families will not be able to add money to the account or remove money from the account before the camper graduates high school.
*If a camper is enrolled in the Star Fund program but does not graduate or enroll in furthering education, they will not receive the funds.
