Camp Activities

Ten kids are assigned to each “Cabin.” They decorate their living quarters, choose a team name and design their own flag. The kids get to express their creativity with numerous arts and crafts, science, computers and leather projects. There are field trips to the ocean for wave jumping, feeding the seals at the Seaside Aquarium and tracing the steps of Lewis & Clark at Fort Clatsop. Our campers also experience an overnight tent camping adventure which includes horseback riding, environmental awareness, a nature hike, stories and smores around the campfire.

Outdoor activities abound - kids partake in fishing, swimming, sliding down cardboard hill, the fun Olympics, a sandcastle building contest, daily physical fitness and team sports. Campers show off their unique personalities and gifts with daily skits and a talent show. We cap off
the week with an ice cream social and cheer for the fastest handmade cars at the pinewood derby races. Best of all, the adventure is shared with big brother and big sister mentors who give these kids what they need most – direction, love and respect.
